"I would highly recommend that you take a look at the Laureate Program offered by Southern California Institute. I'm just now completing my first year in the program, and I couldn't be happier with the results.
The program revolves around a process for serving high-net worth clients. (It can be compressed to work with the regular folks, too.) The discussions include everything from how to plan for larger estates, how to quote fees, and even how to set the table in the conference room. A very large part of the program is how to do all of this while working collaboratively with other advisors.
I've implemented the process in my practice, and I'm really starting to see fantastic results. Plus, Joe is just an incredible coach. Last March, I spent four hours in his office, and it changed my life. Seriously. Joe challenged and pushed me in several areas, including how to structure my work day and my work week for maximum effectiveness...I don't stress out on the weekends any more, because every Friday ends with a period blocked off to clear up any loose ends, and I never have anything due on Monday.
